Smart onboarding drafts your program
Answer a few questions about your store. Zazema drafts your tiers, your earning rate and your first campaigns, and shows the reasoning behind each one. Edit anything, then approve it before it goes live.
AI suggestions on live performance
Zazema reads how your program is actually performing and suggests changes: a new tier threshold, a different reward amount, a campaign worth running. Each suggestion shows its reasoning. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Approved rules do the paying
AI never pays anyone. Once you approve a campaign, payouts run on that fixed rule. Every payout is logged with the rule that fired it, the order it came from, and the points issued, so you can audit any one of them.

Fraud protection built in
Orders are scored against fixed risk rules before any points are issued. Risky orders are held until the order is verified. Refunds auto-cancel pending rewards.

Points earned, tier upgrades, win-back triggers, birthday rewards. All sent to Klaviyo and Shopify Flow automatically so you can build the workflows you want.
Redeem from the cart
Customers pick an amount on a slider, right on the cart page or in the loyalty launcher, and get a discount code backed by a hold on their points. One tap applies it to checkout. Codes last 24 hours, and cancelling returns the points.
Tiered loyalty
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Auto-progression based on lifetime spend. Customers see their tier, progress, and benefits in real time on your storefront.

Budget caps with auto-pause
Set a cap per campaign or across the whole program. Daily, weekly, or monthly periods. A campaign pauses itself when its cap is spent. Alerts at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 95% spent.
